I just remembered that I put up that poll about words to describe me and went to go check it out. Apparently all 2 of you that voted favour "Tempestuous", which is FUCKING AWESOME. There. It's settled.

Also in the news today, last night I dragged Kyle out to Santa Monica (that's like an hour and 1/2 by bus, not including the 45 minutes I waited on the street for my bus to come 30 MINUTES LATE) and got a free haircut! I saw an ad on craigslist for hair models needed and I responded because I needed a haircut, and they liked me, so I got one, and it's pretty cool. It's a graduated, asymmetrical bob.
It looks good, except I did a pretty poor job of blow drying it this morning and my head looks small now. Bah. All this because it was done by a student! I mean, it did take her 2 hours to give me the haircut, but still. Free.

Nobody's noticed it yet though, despite the fact that one side of my hair is DRASTICALLY SHORTER than the other, and the back of my hair is about two inches shorter than it used to be! Hello? ANYONE PAYING ATTENTION? I'M 21 NOW! ...hello?

Oh my CHRIST. I can no longer count my age with my appendages. I have run out of fingers and toes to tell people how old I am. Conversely, I discovered the other night that my muse is White Wine (contrary to previous ideas that my muse was Rum) and when we went out to buy some more I realized that I could BUY SOME FOR MYSELF IF I WANTED TO, which I didn't at the time, maybe later.
